RETURN POLICY
Document Sales and Distribution will accept the return of purchased items and provide refunds in the following situations:
The item was fully paid for and the payment transaction has been cleared by your bank/credit card company.
The returned item is received by Document Sales within 30 days of the purchase date.
The returned item is returned in excellent, resalable condition.
The returned item is a current publication. No out of date publications will be accepted for refund.
Claims for short shipments and other shipping errors must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Claims for non-receipt of an order must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you ordered the wrong item you may ship it back to us at your cost within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund it and place a new order. The new order must be paid for before it will be shipped.
If we shipped you the wrong item or if the item you received was defective, you may ship it back to us at our cost within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund it and place a new order. The new order must be paid for before it will be shipped.
Please include with your return: The reason that the item is being returned and your contact information in case we need to reach you with questions.
CD's are Not Returnable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Document Sales and Distribution will not exchange a a product for another.
